PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, INCLUDING LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MIGHT APPLY TO YOU.
User’s Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement (”Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your use of the beautyuplife.com site and various related sites and services, including but not limited to fashionstor3.com and business.fashionstor3.com (collectively referred to herein as this “Site”). Your use of this Site is subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced in this Agreement, as well as any other written agreement between us. In addition, when using particular services or materials on this Site, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services or materials that may contain terms, conditions, and disclaimers in addition to those contained in this Agreement. All such guidelines or rules, including but not limited to Beautyuplife’s Privacy Policy, are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. THE TERM “SUNRIDER” AS USED IN THIS AGREEMENT MEANS THE SUNRIDER CORPORATION D.B.A. SUNRIDER INTERNATIONAL, AND ANY SUNRIDER-AFFILIATED COMPANY, INCLUDING THEIR AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND STOCKHOLDERS.
Registration Data and Privacy
In order to access some of the services on this Site, you will require a separate user name and password that can be obtained by completing Beautyuplife ’s online registration to become an Independent Business Owner “IBO” or Retail Customer. By registering, you agree that all information provided in the registration process is true and accurate and that you will maintain and update this information as required in order to insure current, complete, and accurate information.
You also grant fashionstor3 the right to disclose to third parties certain registration data about you. The information Beautyuplife obtains through your use of this Site, including your registration data, is subject to Fashionstor3 ’s Privacy Policy, which is specifically incorporated herein by this reference.
Conduct on this Site
Your use of this Site is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and you are solely responsible for the contents of your communications through this Site. Fashionstor3 has the right to not post any content that, in its sole judgment, does not comply with this Agreement, the Fashionstor3® Business Guide, or any other rules for this Site, or content that, in Fashionstor3 ’s sole judgment, is harmful, objectionable, obscene, misleading, or inaccurate.
You may not use your access to this Site to breach security of another account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another network or server. Not all areas of this Site may be available to you or other authorized users of this Site. You shall not interfere with anyone else’s use and enjoyment of this Site or other similar services. Users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability.
You agree that Fashionstor3 may at any time, and at its sole discretion, terminate your Independent Fashionstor3 Business or Retail Customer status without prior notice to you if you have violated any of the above provisions.
You acknowledge that Fashionstor3 may cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities that are investigating suspected criminal violations.

For purposes of this Agreement, “content” is defined as any information, communications, software, photos, video, graphics, music, sounds, and other materials and services that can be viewed by users of this Site. This includes without limitation blogs or other original content.
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that all content presented to you on this Site is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws, and is the sole property of Beautyuplife. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any documents or information from this Site in any form or by any means without Fashionstor3 ’s prior written permission, and you are solely responsible for obtaining such permission before reusing any copyrighted material that is available on this Site. Any unauthorized use of the content or materials appearing on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws, and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
Without prejudice to or waiver of any of Fashionstor3’s rights stated herein, you may download and print one copy of any web page on this Site on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial use in learning about, evaluating, or purchasing Fashionstor3’s products, provided that you also retain all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices contained on the materials you download and print. No other permission is granted to you to print, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, upload, download, store, display in public, alter, use for any commercial purposes, or modify these materials.
Fashionstor3 does not warrant or represent that your use of materials displayed on, or obtained through, this Site will not infringe the rights of third parties. See “User’s Materials” below for a description of the procedures to be followed if a party believes that content posted on this Site infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of another party.
The Fashionstor3 ® name, logos, product names, service names, domain names, and design marks are all trademarks of Fashionstor3 and in most cases are registered as such in the United States and abroad. These marks identify Fashionstor3 and its products and services and inform the public of the sources of those products and services. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, nothing contained on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this Site. In addition, the graphic images, buttons, and text contained in these pages, unless otherwise noted, are the exclusive property of Fashionstor3, and may not be copied, distributed, or displayed, except as otherwise stated herein, without the express written consent of Fashionstor3. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership rights in Fashionstor3 ’s intellectual property.
Security and ID Number, User Name, and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and for all statements made and acts or omissions that occur through the use of your ID number, user name, and password. Therefore, you must take steps to ensure that others do not gain access to your ID number, user name, and password. Beautyuplife personnel will never ask you for your password.
Termination of Use
You agree that Fashionstor3 may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of this Site with or without notice and for any reason, including without limitation your breach of this Agreement. Your engagement in any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your relationship with Fashionstor3, and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon termination or suspension, regardless of the reasons, your right to use the services available on this Site immediately ceases, and you acknowledge and agree that Fashionstor3 may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account, and/or bar your further access to such files or this Site. Fashionstor3 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension, or any other actions taken by Fashionstor3 in connection therewith. All sections of this Agreement, as well as your liability for any unpaid fees, shall survive any termination.
